Navigator Global Platform

Navigator Global is a platform for the alternative investments industry.

I lead product - strategy through delivery. The current focus is modernisation: replacing years of inherited complexity with a coherent foundation teams can build on, and bringing a deliberately risk-averse industry along with the change. Less feature-chasing, more making the base worth building on.

BT Digital Marketing Hub

An all-in-one platform that gave UK small businesses everything they needed to create, publish, and track ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram - without an agency. Built on feedback from 1,500+ businesses, it brought multichannel advertising into a single dashboard with AI-driven recommendations on keywords, copy, and budget. Led a team of 20+ to take it from concept to launch.

Magpie - Merkle

15 industry awards

A tool that made Twitter ads as fast and reactive as the platform itself. Trending topic ads live across display, search, and social in under 15 minutes - covering 1,200 topics a day with minimal human intervention. Built a custom bidding algorithm (Hummingbird) that allocated spend based on historical trend performance. Used IBM Watson to categorise trends in real time. Drove a 33% increase in conversion rate and 51% reduction in cost per conversion.

Personal

Last Man Standing

A Premier League Last Man Standing game built for a group of friends. Each gameweek, every player picks one team - but each team can only be used twice across the season. Miss your pick and you inherit Burnley's result.

Pick carefully. Every pick counts. Winner or waiter - time will tell.

Currently invite-only · Public version in the works

A curated guide to the restaurants I actually rate - filterable by cuisine, area, and price, with a natural language search that finds the right place for the mood. Built for friends. Probably useful to strangers too.
